Designed by Future Space, the StatePlus Office is a high-end quality fitout. The 6 star NABERS building has the Mechanical Services access floor throughout and an open return air atrium at the building centre. Mammoth created a unique open commercial office space whilst maintaining 15 consultant offices.

In the StatePlus office, Mammoth incorporated custom made ply lighting panels that match the atrium balustrade. The project also features bolon textured vinyl, accompanied by a corian bench and timber wall panelling with leather upholstery.

Throughout construction, there were daily noise restrictions and design issues. The solution we used for this issue was to use hoarding as a noise barrier around the atrium.

Mammoth constantly initiated the buildability around the building owner’s design constraints and worked off the office layout, installing bolon flooring and a comms cupboard.
