"Mammoth removed all the headaches and hit all the deadlines. They were very transparent about costs and where the Project Manager could help us save money, he did. The first measure of any project is ‘Would I use them again?’. We are looking to build a new floor of offices—the first person I called was Blair. "
The Mammoths Projects team was invited to complete Nisbets’ brief for a new, central warehouse within a specified budget. Nisbets is now the single largest catering equipment site in Australia, complete with its head office and 800m² shopfront.
Our team tendered the project to trades while assessing and reassessing the project’s design aspects and buildability. We managed the logistics and trades onsite to deliver a facility that met with Nisbets’ expectations.
The scope of works ranged from major demolition and asbestos removal, instalment of services and civil works, through to an office fit out and façade refurbishment.
The civil works included major excavation to accommodate new water mains and communications, and new pavements to allow goods to be easily transported to and from the building.
We think the transformation is impressive and our client agrees. Nisbets Australia’s General Manager Paul says, “If you saw the before and after photos, you’d say they’re magicians!”
