Nisbets engaged Mammoth to tender the project to various trades. While simultaneously assessing and reassessing multiple design aspects and buildability, Mammoth managed the logistics and trades on-site to deliver a new epicentre, which suited the clients’ expectations and projected budget.
The scope of works was broad, ranging from major demolition and asbestos removal to installing new services and civil works to an office fitout and surrounding façade refurbishment.
The Services Infrastructure upgrade involved new fire protection services, including new hydrant mains, pump-house, sprinklers and water tank. The electrical services upgrades involved installing new Telstra landline infrastructure, including installing new boards and energy-efficient lighting. The refurbishment of the whole façade propagated other features and complexities, including new roofing and cladding the exterior with colorbond, installing new windows, shop fronts and roller doors.
We think the transformation is impressive and our client agrees. Nisbets Australia’s General Manager Paul says, “If you saw the before and after photos, you’d say they’re magicians!”
