Designed by Interni, the Hoyne Design fitout was a high-end quality fitout. It includes robust features of architectural mesh, textured stucco finish to walls, open ceilings and concrete flooring throughout, creating a unique industrial office.

Hoyne’s brief was to create a unique brand experience for employees, clients and visitors. Considered planning, combined with a focus on materiality and craftsmanship, resulted in a place that instils pride, creates a sense of community, encourages collaboration and builds culture.

Key considerations were given to building access due to the limited size of the goods lift. Due to this, the design of portal steel framework, wall panelling, joinery and furniture were cut down for transport and re-welded or reassembled on site. Mammoth’s innovative solutions included linear lighting over workstations suspended below the Armstrong blade ceiling, heightening the studio effect.
Fabrication of the library joinery was created as a “jigsaw” with multiple biscuit joints alleviating the sight of the double carcases.

Mammoth worked with Hoyne, Interni and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless project creation working within tight time frames and budget constraints.
