Both Folkestone and Briars Property Group engaged Mammoth Projects to take on works for Killarney Heights Childcare Centre. This project is an exciting two-storey building with a basement carpark and landscaped play areas. The 783 m² building sits across 1308 m² of land and has eight children group rooms, including a cot room, re-heat kitchen, and amenities for both staff and children.

The distinguishable inside features include the beautiful joinery pieces and the light and airy feel with the colour scheme and feature flooring covers. The landscaped areas span across both the ground floor and first-floor balcony, encased in a glass balustrade as a safety and aesthetic measure. The exterior of this building was designed aesthetically to blend in within its residential setting using weatherboard and feature textured wall cladding.
