Mammoth Projects worked with the client Tully Heard to complete fitout works in an outdoor carpark of Home HQ Artarmon to bring to life Acre Farm & Eatery. This project required a quick turnaround time for our client on an 8-week programme working in a live environment.

This project has many incredible features, including a live chicken coop, horticulture garden, kids outdoor playground, bakery and cafe, gas-fire pizza oven, bar and restaurant, men and women’s washroom, water fountain, outdoor garden and pergola.

The challenges we faced were aligning our programme with the base builder who constructed the steel and glass frame works whilst fitting within overall deadlines. Entire fitout and basebuild works complied with heritage building preservation and limitations, meaning the whole structure and project are not attached to the existing building.
