Mammoth Projects were engaged by Briars Property Group with a Design and Construct contract to manage the construction and approval process of a 130 children, 3000sqm childcare centre, located in the developing suburb Gledswood Hills, South West of Sydney.

Mammoth put a strong focus on managing all stakeholders throughout the process to ensure a seamless project delivery. This included weekly meetings with the client, architect and consultants to coloborate on project planning. The whole process from concept to completion, which included design, documentation and build was achieved in just under 10 months, well within the program scheduled.

The sucessful delivery of the project was enabled by Mammoth’s early involvement in understanding the intricacies of a childcare centre. The project included internal fitout, including a commercial kitchen, civil works, carpark, and landscaping works all built in accordance to specific BCA childcare requirements.
