This refurbishment project created a new look for the neighbourhood eatery, bar, café, garden and bowling green.
Our client’s brief was for a venue with the functionality to meet high customer loads, and design aspects to accentuate the building’s heritage listing with a contemporary feel.
The works included a full strip out, the creation of a new bar, a new commercial kitchen complete with ducted exhaust system, and a back of house area with glass and dishwashing facilities.
The customer spaces include a new poker machine area, indoor seating area, bistro, and two outdoor, and paved seating areas on the former bowling green.
The final product is a series of practical yet relaxed, connected contemporary spaces with spectacular views over Sydney Harbour.
