Working closely with Space Matrix, Mammoth was engaged by tech giant Gartner for the fitout of their new Sydney HQ located at 40 Mount Street.  Driven by their values of team and curiosity the client’s main driver was to encourage their team back into the office, upgrade their facilities and inject their brand personality into the space. The new workplace was also required to be a showcase of what they represent – team work, no limits and curiosity.

The project highlighted key design elements including front of house areas, boardrooms and meeting rooms, as well as a back of house area with meeting rooms, quiet rooms, large kitchen and breakout space, tea prep point, comms room and workspace.

Naturally technology was a huge part of this brief and integrated throughout the fitout to enable flexibility, AV conferencing and work from home capabilities with acoustics a priority ensuring noise reduction between meeting rooms. The scope encompassed advanced infrastructure upgrades, ergonomic furnishings, and cutting-edge technology integration.

The design solution focussed on open-concept collaborative spaces with adaptable furniture to encourage teamwork and idea exchange. Private work zones were seamlessly integrated to ensure focus and confidentiality. Mammoth Projects successfully executed the project, ensuring that the space not only met Gartner’s standards but also facilitated an optimal environment for productivity and collaboration.
