Winner – MBA Excellence in Construction Awards 2008 – Adaptive re-use of an historic building up to $5M. The project involved the conversion of a derelict warehouse into offices, whilst maintaining the original features of the building. This required the stabilisation and repair of the building’s load bearing walls, columns and beams. A mezzanine floor and a carpark were also constructed.
