Refurbishment of the existing bar/dining area on level 2 Mosman RSL. A full strip back / demolition of existing toilets, bar, kitchen, dining area and stairwell allowed us to turn this space into ‘The Fernery’.

New toilet facilities, bar and cocktail stations, kitchen fitout, flooring, internal and outdoor dining areas, additional rose’ bar, washroom and coffee stations, lighting internal and external (festoom lighting).

The key features included polished concrete floors, new standalone full function rose bar, new stainless steel (cocktail stations, kitchen) and Stone tops to bar, new built tunnel access to dining area, booth seating /landscaping, new 180 degree louvered roof, new stand alone coffee station, new self contained outdoor fire pit, and an outdoor herb garden for kitchen ingredients use.

Co-ordination of trades on site, problem solving on issues which arose after demolition phase of project, providing our ideas and knowledge to both client and designers to achieve best outcome on issues throughout the project made the project a great success to complete. Through continuous communication with all parties involved within project especially working closely with the bar manager allowed us to ensure all areas were completed as per clients vision and expectations.
